According to the Statute, the training of the specialists is carried out on the basis of basic and secondary education on the levels:

The first level – training of specialists with secondary education.

The second level – training of specialists with higher education.

The selection for the correspondence form of education is carried out on the basis of specialized secondary education.

The college curricula is deeply integrated with the curricula of the related specialties of the Higher School and includes higher education component of socially – humanitarian subjects and subjects of general education.

College graduates can continue their education by the shortened curriculum within the framework of academic-scientific associations in Belarussian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR), Belarussian National Technical University (BNTU).

In the college there are 19 classrooms and 17 laboratories, academic hardware laboratory, academic computer centre, academic-practical training workshops, academic department, training-educational department, educational department, editorial-publishing department, student scientific-technical centre "Modern security systems and teleobserving", the library and reading-hall, the gym, the assembly hall, personnel department, buffet, first-aid post. Our library stock counts 85400 samples, 68500 of them is academic literature and 1640 is reference literature. The college provides a hostel, its area is 3377 sq meters, where 490 college students live. Seven display classrooms are equipped with 92 IBM personal computers, the local computer network of the administration and of the college structural departments is created and operates successfully, also e-mail and the Internet site.
